Barb has been married for 47 years and has one adult son. She has lived in the community her entire life, returning to school in 1993. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Oakland University in 1997. Including previous experience in the field of social work, Barb has worked with individuals and families for approximately 30 years. Prior to coming to Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center, Barb worked at Blue Water Center for Christian Counseling, Catholic Social Charities, and Professional Counseling Center. She has worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and with many who have survived childhood sexual abuse.
