JILL BISKNER
LLMSW
Jill is a Limited License Master Social Worker, with a Bachelors in Social Work from Wayne State University. Jill worked for Regency on the Lake and Henry Ford Hospital for her practicum. Jill started at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling in May of 2021.
SHAWNE JOWETT MA, LPC
Shawne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPS) and graduated from Grand Canyon University
with her Masters in Professional Counseling. She started her clinical work on 2018. Shawne is a military child and grew up all over the United States. She has been married for six years and has three young daughters. Area of experience include (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, grief, marriage, family and career counseling.

LAURIE L. GOETZE, DIRECTOR
MSW, CSW, LMSW, ACSW
Laurie graduated from Western Michigan University with a master's degree in Social Work. Laurie holds membership’s with both the American Association of Christian Counselors and the National Association of Social Workers. Since 1988, Laurie Goetze has provided professional counseling services in the Blue Water Area. She works diligently with her dedicated staff to provide the highest level of mental health care possible from a uniquely Christian perspective. Laurie works with a wide variety of clientele with special interest in women's issues, divorce recovery, couples counseling, and treating those suffering from anxiety, depression, and grief or loss. The goal of offering Hope, Healing, and Restoration to everyone we service at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center. Laurie has been married for 37 years and has 3 adult daughters.

BARBARA STOCKER
MA, LPC
Barb has been married for 39 years and has one adult son. She has lived in the community her entire life, returning to school in 1993. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Oakland University in 1997. Including previous experience in the field of social work, Barb has worked with individuals and families for approximately 30 years. Prior to coming to Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center, Barb worked at Blue Water Center for Christian Counseling, Catholic Social Charities, and Professional Counseling Center. She has worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and with many who have survived childhood sexual abuse.

J. RANDALL WITHENSHAW
MS, SW, LMFT
Randy has been married since 1975, has three adult children and 7 grandchildren. He has been a professional counselor in the Blue Water Area since 1988. He joined the staff at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center in May of 1999. Randy also serves as the Chairman of Marriage and Family Builders of St. Clair County, a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening marriages and families in the Bluewater Area and beyond. He has served on the staff of a local church as Associate Pastor of Family and Educational Ministries, and has been on the Pastoral Staff of our other churches during his career. He holds a Master's Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Family and Child Development and Family Systems, has done post masters academic work at Michigan State University, Randy is a Licensed Social Worker, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Michigan. Randy also is a certified trainer and facilitator for Life Innovations PREPARE/ENRICH strategies and assessments and has been for the past 25 years

TRAVIS WOLFF
CSW, LMSW
Travis is a Port Huron local and has spent the majority of his life in the area. He attended Central Michigan University and received his bachelor's in Psychology & Religion in 2013. Travis received his Master's in Social Work from Asbury University located in Kentucky in 2015. He has been practicing since 2014 at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling. Travis is licensed by the state of Michigan and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

JONATHAN P. HOWARD
MSW, LMSW
Jonathan has been a Social Worker (C.S.W.) with Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center since 1999. He has been married since 1994; he and his wife have four children. Jonathan earned a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from Central Michigan University in 1993. In 1997 Jonathan earned his master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky.

RYAN SMITH
MSW, LMSW, CADC-M
Ryan joined the staff at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center in April of 2015. He and his wife have one adult son, and live in the Port Huron area. Ryan has attended Colonial Woods Missionary Church since 2010. He earned his Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from Michigan State University in May 2010. He has worked in the mental health field for the past 18 years. Ryan works with people recovering from depression, anxiety, PTSD/veterans issues, at request integrating the power of prayer and faith recovery process, individual, couple and families improving communication and listening skills.

LAURA GODWIN
MA, LLPC
Laura is a Marysville native and has a bachelor's degree from Alma College and Wayne State
University. She obtained her masters in counseling from Oakland University and joined the CWCCC team during master's internship. Laura primary career is a local funeral director, and she obtained her counseling degree in order to better serve grieving families of the blue water area. Her passion is working with those dealing with grief and loss due to death and she has led our GriefShare groups for the past 9 years. Laura is married and has Three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys doing pretty much anything outdoors but especially running and boating. She is also a licensed 100-ton boat captain.

ANDREA DALMAN
LMSW
Andrea Dalman is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and has been practicing clinical social work since 2012. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s of Social Work from Wayne State University. Andrea worked for Ascension Eastwood Community Clinics from 2012-2018 providing mental health counseling to children and adults. Areas of experience include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and grief and loss.

BEAU DOWDEN

Dr. Dowden works with CWCCC in the capacity of our Medical Director.
Beau Dowden, M.D. is a 2003 graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine. In 2006, he completed his residency training at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in South Bend, Indiana, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has been providing Family Medicine and Urgent Care services in Fort Gratiot since August 2006. Dr. Dowden enjoys Family Medicine because it gives the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with patients of all ages, as well as to see multiple members of the same families. He provides treatment of acute illnesses and management of chronic conditions. while placing an emphasis on preventative health. He also has a special interest in doing office base procedures.

Dr. DAVID GOETZE
MA, LLP, NCP(hc)
Graduating in 1986 from Central Michigan University, David Goetze has been practicing as a Nationally Certified Psychologist in a part-time capacity at Colonial Woods Christian Counseling Center. Mr. Goetze has a great deal of experience in working with men's issues, pre-martial counseling, couples counseling, as well as, assisting those who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief/loss and college/career related concerns.
