INSURANCE & PAYMENT

We want to make counseling available to anyone who has a need. We will do our best to work with your unique situation. Most insurance is accepted.  For those without insurance, a sliding fee scale is available. The members of our professional staff are ready to begin serving your counseling needs. Our services are available to all persons seeking wholeness, growth, or conflict resolution.

INSURANCE:

Service may be covered in full of in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have outpatient mental health insurance benefits for a office setting?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

SLIDING FEE:

Sliding fee services are available based on annual gross income.

PAYMENT:

For Co-pay's, Co-Insurance, and Deductible balance,  Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment, due at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance for a cancellation, you may be required to pay a no show fee or cancellation fee of $55.00.
