To be considered telemedicine under this section, the healthcare professional must be able to examine the client via a real-time, interactive audio or video (or both) telecommunications system, and the client must be able to interact with the off-site health care professional at the time the services are provided.

We believe that problems and conflict are normal.
Resolving the problems and conflicts we all experience is a necessary first step in achieving a state of abundant living. Sometimes, people are so emotionally distraught or close to their problems that resolving them seems impossible.
A professional counselor can help. The Counseling Center provides professional counseling by state licensed therapists. The Center came into existence in January 1983, when Colonial Woods Missionary Church responded to the need for such a community service. It is dedicated to the purpose of providing a counseling program that is both Christ-centered and professional.
